Looking for an exciting arts event? Look no further than your own campus! Insider Arts provides resources for organized Emory student groups, resident hall-based groups, and faculty-led class trips to attend on-campus arts events.

What does Insider Arts cover?

Insider Arts covers part or all of the cost of admission to a ticketed Emory arts event, excluding programs sponsored by the Student Programing Council (SPC).

Who can apply?

Emory College student groups, residence life representatives, and faculty-led classes can apply for their group.

Any limits?

An Insider Arts group must have a minimum of 7 students and cannot exceed 25 receiving complimentary admission. The CCA reserves the right to refuse any request.

What if I or members of my group have an Emory Arts Passport?

If you or members of your group have an Emory Arts Passport, you may still include them in the total number of participants on your application, but you or they must use the Passport instead of obtaining Insider Arts funds. Please remember to indicate which members of your group are using the Passport on the application and provide their full name and Emory ID number.

Deadlines

Applications are reviewed the first of each month. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For processing purposes we recommend submitting an application at least three weeks prior to event date.

Insider Arts Tips

How to create a memorable Insider Arts event:

• Explore the Emory arts calendar at www.arts.emory.edu to find your event.
• Check with CCA staff for ideas.
• Use Facebook (www.facebook.com) or Evites (www.evites.com) to estimate interest or RSVP's.
• Work with other organizations (make it a dorm-complex Insider Arts excursion) or faculty (classes count as a group).
• Plan ahead so that tickets will be available by the time Insider Arts processes your request.
• Submit request at least three weeks in advance of event date.
• Do not purchase tickets before event has been processed.
• Insider Arts may take one week to process your request after it's submitted.
• Include all event details (ticket price, venue, time, etc.), group details, and contact information in your request form for the fastest processing.
